A Dream Well Kept…

An un-treaded path
Ends into a soulless shore
A reverie dwelling on unconscious abyss
Lying on the cerebral floor of the ocean
Where the fathom of heart holding a dream
A clam of self bearing a pearl unseen
Shiny bright charismatically sheen
It entered the shell just as a dropp of hope
Bore pressure of times and centuries of pain
Holding the un-chanted songs of emotions
Will face the world as a precious gem
Leave the fairest of the maidens un-frown
Aiming to transform the nothingness of a droplet
Into the delicacy of a jewel untouched
Carrying secret of seas till the end of times
To be touched by the frail hands of love
To be felt by musings stretching on an artist’s dawn
An exquisite cameo from the artifact of lover
A serendipitous moment in search of a trace of my own
A dream well kept a desire well known …

Distorted Dimensions

In the Pyramids of my thwarted being
Doors are melting out of form
So as ladders turning ablaze
Receptacle of fate carrying only a dorm
All empty except one last wish
About time to throw one last card
A trump card saved since ages
Is ready to fall from quivering hands
With an absent mind hearing voices
A river of knowledge lamenting for sages
An eternal secret looking for Gilgamesh
A love-goddess strangled in lust seeking promises
A paragon of virtue reciting sermons
A sky of valor dropping shapeless pieces
Of the death of reason quietly un-summoned
Heavily breathing soul of time uttering last words
A sun unsure of a new dawn igniting last flakes
A moonlit turning pale blurring stargazer’s bunch
The house of cards built on the seascape of Intellect
Calling for one last fall
Each element of human evolution on the last call
Distorted dimensions lamenting the songs of departure
I took the long draught of the hemlock of ego
And the last wind of hopelessness halted it all
To be found centuries later; A curt Mummified emperor
Buried with his state of mind to avoid a fall…

Soulmate Fallacy

You thought her eyes were a window

In the room that housed her soul

And the things you saw behind them

Made you think she can make you a whole

So you started throwing pebbles

Begging her to let you in

Until the signs of your affection

Appeared as bruises on her skin

But what you failed to notice

That her curtains were drawn tight

And the promises you thought you’d seen

Were just tricks of the lights

She had become just the reflection

Of whom you wished that she would be

With a life to make yours better

And a perfect personality

So when her window shattered

And you peered into her room

You found a very different person

To the one that you ve assumed

And I hope you begged forgiveness

For the glass left on her floor

And for thinking that a person

Owed it to you to be much more

A Woman in Love

Love Impression final

The day I looked into his eyes

I knew from the deepest echo from my heart

As if His fragments deeply carved in my soul

As he smells of books and stories apart

From all the worlds I ve known through ages

Immaculately circumferences the other half of my being

Like a setting sun lit the way beyond earth’s core

As though the ink of my life s book has left the pages

To find a new home in his imagination

Where he stands alone and victorious

Waiting to be crowned as the conqueror

Of his deepest fears of not to love and be loved in return

And I!

Fall slowly from the dense glittery fog above

A Jeweled crown on his valorous head

My love brimming over slowly

Like confetti on his unfulfilled desires

Showering him with bliss to be a man

A man of his own kind

A man of his own mind

A man who belongs to me

A man who is mine!
